Natural stone imitation patio & plating in High Park
Here is another project created with natural stone imitation, sandstone/flagstone look alike made from concrete. The product used here is from Stone-Link, very nice looking product. It does need a bit of maintenace, which is sealing, but sealing a patio is a good idea anyway which keeps it safe from food and drink stains. With this product, you get natural stone look for about half the price. Stone-Link is also a “green” product because it is made from recycled concrete. When it is used instead of natural stone, the natural resources are in some part saved and concrete waste is used up, which is a good thing.
We have dramatically improved the backyard space here. We have removed an ugly, unsafe deck, repaired the support structure of the small backyard addition, got rid of lots of construction garbage above ground and underground, removed a lot of overgrown plants and finally created a nice, usable, wide open backyard space that will last and that can finally be enjoyed.
